Please read our terms carefully before booking our services

The following Terms & Conditions will apply to all customers and passengers that are using the Services provided by Vacation Partner with respect to the hiring of cabs.

  • 1. Fare & Taxes: Taxi fare is mentioned on the website and is calculated according to the distance traveled. Parking charges are to be borne by the customer. Additional night surcharge is applicable. Also if any other fee is payable or imposed as per Govt regulations, they will be borne by the customer.
  • 2. Agreement & Risk: The traveler agrees as well as accepts that the use of services offered by Vacation Partner Taxi service is at his own risk. If the customer does not agree to conditions that are laid by Vacation Partner, he/s she can refrain from using the service or the website.
  • Prohibited Activities: The customer should not indulge in the following activities while in the Vacation Partner cab:
    • Smoking or consumption of any types of intoxicating substances inside the cab. The cab driver can refuse the pick-up or ask to leave the cab in case any customer is seen in an intoxicated condition or is misbehaving with fellow passengers or the cab driver, or even if he/s she is creating any nuisance.
    • Travelers are not allowed to litter inside the cab. Misusing or damaging any devices will be penalized.
    • The travelers cannot ask the cab driver to disobey Traffic /or government rules for any reason. The cab driver holds the right to refuse such a request by the customer. They can even ask the travelers to alight from the taxi if they force such a thing.
    • There cannot be more than 4 adults in the cab.
  • Service Availability: The Vacation Partner promises uninterrupted, secure, timely, and error-free service. The material that you see on the website is meant for only general information. It is subject to change.
  • Cookies Policy: Cookies are used to keep a tab on usage patterns of the customers. If you agree with the use of cookies, IP address and location will be stored for use by 3rd parties.
  • Information Accuracy & Liability: Vacation Partner does not offer any guarantee or warranty with reference to the use of information that is stated on the site. The customer is responsible to ensure that information on the site is relevant and as per his/ her needs and requirement. The site, its employee, third-party affiliates all are absolved from any legal liability that can crop up due to the use of the site. This is applicable financially or otherwise.
  • Legal & Offenses: Any unrecognized or untoward use of information of the site can be fined or even be considered a criminal offense. Any dispute due to the use of this site will come under the ambit of Indian Government laws.
  • Offers & Promotions: Any offers that are mentioned on the site might be accompanied by additional terms and conditions.
  • Booking Confirmation: The booking will not be considered confirmed unless you make an advance payment at least 6 hours before the journey. The company can accept or even reject the booking request based on the availability of the cab. The company holds the right to cancel your booking at any time without providing the reason for the same or any prior notice.
  • Cancellation of Cab:

    If you cancel the cab booking after the taxi and the cab driver reaches you, it will be regarded as NO SHOW. For this, no refund will be provided and it will be treated under cancellation. If you wish to cancel cab booking, you will have to do so via your registered mobile number and by logging into your Vacation Partner account. You can reach the customer support number that will help you with the cancellation process.

    • If the cab booking is canceled 30 days before travel, the traveler will be refunded 90% of the entire booking amount and 10% will be cancellation charges.
    • If the cab booking is canceled 15 days before traveling, the traveler will be refunded 50% of the entire booking amount and 50% will be cancellation charges.
    • If the cab booking is canceled 7 days before traveling, the traveler will not be refunded any amount.
  • Delays: The driver can get late and will not be held responsible if the delay is due to traffic congestion or any unforeseen circumstance.
  • Tolls & Verification: Toll Tax or any state tax will be borne by the customer. Parking charges are also to be borne by the customer. When the cab driver comes for pick-up you should verify the identification number of the cab driver and the license plate of the cab. Please do not get inside the vehicle in case it is not verified. If the cab and the driver do not match, the company cannot be held responsible for the same. The driver can also ask for the verification of the customer.
  • Extra Distance & Stops: If the kilometers exceed the distance mentioned, extra charges will be levied. Airport charges are also extra. Vacation Partner reserves the right to cancel your booking In case you are not able to find the cab at the scheduled time. Waiting charges are extra. Only a single break is permitted during the cab journey.
  • Luggage Allowance: Vacation Partner does not undertake any responsibility for your luggage.
    • For a small size cab, you are allowed to carry 2 small or one big bag.
    • For sedans, the limit is 4 small and 2 big bags.
    • SUV cab can carry 3 big or 6 small bags.
  • Night Time Travel: For night time travel i.e. from 10 PM to 6 AM extra charges will be put.
